NOMINATIONS ARE CLOSED
The Histio Champion Awards for September 2017 for the UK and Ireland.
The hunt has begun to find people who have made good things happen for Histiocytosis UK. We need you to help us find outstanding Histio Champions and give them the recognition they deserve.
Put your Champions in the spotlight
If you know someone who has done something amazing for Histiocytosis, we want to hear all about them. Anyone who has connections to Histiocytosis in the UK and Ireland over the past year can be nominated.
Histio Medical Team Champion, (Nominated by Parents & Patients with direct knowledge of the work performed by local medical group.)
Histio International Champion, (Nominated by Parents, Patients and Clinicians)
Histio Family Member Champion, (Nominated by family representatives)
Histio Champion Sibling, (Nominated by Patient, Family Friends.)
Histio Awareness Champion (Nominated by all)
Most Creative fundraiser of the year (Nominated by all)
Most Enduring fundraiser of the year (Nominated by all)
Young fundraiser of the year (Nominated by all)
Most Outstanding commitment to fundraising (Nominated by all)
The finalists will be publicly recognised for their incredible efforts for Histio UK.
How to nominate your Champion
Nominate someone through Facebook or the website click on the link provided.
Fill out the form, telling us the details of their support and return to us.
Spread the word
Social media is a fantastic way to engage your online community and encourage more nominations.

Nominations are open from 1st May 2017 until midnight on Wednesday 10th May 2017.

Histio Wear Blue Day is an annual event held throughout Histio Awareness Month of September or you may hold your own Histio Wear Blue day at any time!
Histio Hatters :
Histio Hatters – Is an annual event held during Histio Awareness Month of September or you may hold your own Histio Hatters day at any time of the year!
It is one big day when the UK unites to show its support and raises vital funds for children, young people and adults with histiocytosis. Get together with your colleagues, friends and family, wear a histio hat and join the fun.
When is Histio Hatters Day?
Histio Hatters Day is officially held on your chosen Friday in September each year.

This is an annual UK wide fundrasing event where everyone of any age can show off their talents.
It is easy and fun to take part in what ever your talent:
Act,Cook,Dance,play an Instrument,Recite Poetry,Sing,Jest or Juggle.
